Keystone Colorado Resort Real Estate Sees Major Renovation

Tennis Townhouse Condominiums at Keystone Resort is undergoing a $3.5 million renovation that includes improvements of the homes, pool and pool house.  According to reports in the Denver Post and other media sources, Travis Construction of Silverthorne is managing the project, which is slated for completion in October.

Originally designed in the mid-1970s, Tennis Townhouses were built to blend with the natural setting of Keystone Resort.  In an effort to preserve the basic elements and character of the complex, homeowners opted for a restoration of the original design.

With the addition of structural insulating panels in the roofs, rigid insulation in the walls and new aluminum-frame windows with double- and triple-pane glass, energy efficiency will significantly improve in all of the townhouses.
