Wine-appreciation seminars are scheduled to tease the wine palate. Participants will learn about the latest trends in the wine industry, the subtleties of the beverage, the different wine-growing regions of the world, and the delicate nuance of flavors that evolve in the finest vineyard blends. Wines can be purchased by the glass or half glass and if you attend the Exclusive Grand Tasting, the wines are paired with dinner.
