North Keystone, the neighborhood situated along the north side of Highway 6, features nice slope-side wooded condominium complexes with some single family homes along Razor Drive.  With breathtaking views of the ski area and Buffalo Mountain, the North Keystone CO real estate options are all near the Conference Center and Keystone Village and a quick shuttle ride to the lifts and River Run Village. 

With proximity to all of Summit County including Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek as well as Arapahoe Basin, this neighborhood is central.  All generations of the family will enjoy choosing from a long list of activities as well as seasonal events such as ice-sculpture exhibits, food and wine festivals, outdoor amphitheater bands, dancing, fireworks, plus year round fine dining, outlet shopping, recreation centers, and spas.

Popular North Keystone condominium communities include QuickSilver, Saints Johns, Tennis Townhomes, Cabin in the Pines, and the Enclave.  Some are available in quarter shares.  Beautiful single-family homes at Loveland Pass Village out Meisel and Razor and the brand new high-end duplexes at The Sanctuary are a bit more secluded but still in North Keystone.  Many of the slope-side condos in North Keystone are affordably priced and feature amenities such as laundry, free ski shuttles, free village shuttles, hot tubs and access to pools.

     • QuickSilver is nestled among the pine and aspen groves, offering the seclusion of the Colorado wilderness with the convenience of close proximity to the hub of activities.  The homes are spacious and comfortable with 10-foot ceilings and large rooms, balconies, and two stories.  They feature an indoor hot tub and onsite pool, parking, a ski closet, are close to tennis courts and hiking trails.  Great for family vacations, the Quicksilver is located right along the shuttle route in the Aspen Ridge area.

     • Saints Johns luxury condominiums—also in Aspen Ridge—boast walls of glass and incredible views, huge living rooms, libraries, and comfortable layouts.  Penthouse units overlook the entire resort.  Extremely quiet and convenient, these homes offer the best of both worlds in addition to covered parking, ski lockers, and great views of the fireworks from the deck and the kids making snowmen in the yard.

     • Tennis Townhomes in Aspen Ridge feature awesome views, clean-cut accommodations, and great prices.  The multi-level units are designed to give you a cozy feeling, featuring sunken living rooms, breakfast bars, and fireplaces.  Onsite amenities include tennis courts, a clubhouse, hot tub, on-site management, pool, and sauna.

     • Cabin in the Pines are spacious, secluded townhomes built on the right of Tenderfoot Mountain.  These high-quality units offer quiet forested surroundings as they border the Arapahoe National Forest.  They are available in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom multi-level floor plans with all of the amenities that you expect at a luxury mountain resort dwelling.  Right outside the front door are trails for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing.  Residents find radiant in-floor heating, rock fireplaces, tongue-in-groove cathedral ceilings, and detached garages. 

     • The Enclave is a community of very large 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom townhomes.  These luxury homes are very spacious with the 5-bedroom units at 3,100 square feet with large windows and wonderful views from every room.  Decks, large great rooms, floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace, private driveways and heated two-car garages all add to the posh feel.  This complex has a clubhouse with pool, whirlpool racquetball, outdoor tennis court, foosball, ping pong, pool table, weights, stationary bike, and conference room.  Very popular with returning guests, only a small portion of these homes are rentals.

Loveland Pass Village single-family homes are located directly behind the Mountain View Plaza where the terrain rises gently into a rocky field of aspens.  Razor Drive snakes up the hill and there are many large homes and townhomes in the area.    The Sanctuary is a neighborhood of lovely duplex and triplex homes located next to the National Forest.  Look for hand-hewn wood floors, granite slab, top appliance packages, and upscale finishes with price tags over $1 million.  These homes are wonderfully situated near hiking trails and aspen groves in a private setting.
