River Run Village real estate in Keystone, Colorado will put your family in tune with celebrations galore.  One is the 4th Annual World Music Festival and Marketplace on Saturday, June 28, 2008.  From the decks of Keystone CO real estate, the sounds of international melodies and the aromas of Irish or Latin American cuisine will bring the world right to your Keystone home.  Some investment properties in Keystone ’s River Run such as the Silvermill, Expedition Station, and Red Hawk Townhomes are worth asking about right now.

They are part of Keystone real estate in River Run Condominiums, a group of about ten complexes offering deluxe accommodations and the ultimate in convenience to skier services, the River Run Gondola, Summit Express, dining, shops, and every event in River Run Village.  They are also near the bike path and offer lobbies, fireplaces, heated underground parking and many more amenities.

During the Annual World Music Festival and Marketplace this year, the children are sure to love the new world marKIDplace in River Run’s Silvermill courtyard. That’s the site of a bazaar where they can play for hours in the inflatable bounce houses or take a break participating in educational entertainment about cultures from overseas and crafting with artisans teaching about crafts from other countries.  Colorful snowcones and the opportunity to win a brand new cruiser bike, courtesy of Nirve.

As for the adults, a little bit of belly dancing or hop-hop may be good for a laugh.  Get in a few lessons with the kids.

There will be the Merchant Tent Sale open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. A variety of food booths including Caribbean Island cuisine, Irish, Latin American, and our very own take on New Orleans, accented by special beers and selected world drinks, will be pampering the taste buds.

The official music portion of the program runs from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and includes free performances by Paul Borrelli, Tommy Shreve Louisiana Roots, Sambadende, and more.  Admission to the entire event is free and free parking is available just off Gondola Road.  This event benefits the Keystone Kares, a local affiliate of a national support group engaged in the fight against cancer by sponsoring the Relay For Life®.
